From booking to a finished porch, in four steps.
- Step 1
Share your entrance
Send us a photo of your entrance, your address, your preferred installation week, your package choice, any colours or styles you love, and access notes (gate codes, parking, steep steps). The more we see, the better we can design for your home.
- Step 2
Design consult & route scheduling
We review your property, confirm your design direction, and schedule your installation window. We don't promise an exact time at inquiry — instead we group installations geographically across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley, then confirm your window once the route is set. Early booking means the best selection of dates.
- Step 3
Delivery & installation
On install day, our crew arrives with everything already sourced and arranges your display on site — typically 30–90 minutes depending on package size. You don't need to be home; as long as we can reach your entrance, we'll handle it and send a photo when it's done.
- Step 4
Enjoy it — then hand off the cleanup
Every display is backed by our Seasonal Display Promise. When you're ready to move on to winter, book optional removal and we'll clear it all away — installations run mid‑September through Halloween, with removal available into November.

Good to know before you book
What happens after I request a quote?
We review your entrance and recommend the right display, then send your price and available installation window, usually within one business day. Requesting a quote is free and carries no obligation.
When do I pay?
If you decide to book, a 50% non‑refundable deposit secures your installation date. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your scheduled installation. For bookings made within 48 hours of installation, full payment is due at booking.
How long will my display last?
Longevity varies with weather, exposure and installation timing. We select pumpkins and gourds with West Coast conditions in mind and arrange every display to encourage drainage and help it stay looking its best. Displays installed earlier in the season have a longer stretch to get through, which is why we offer an optional Mid‑Season Refresh to tidy, restyle and refresh the display partway through the season.
What happens to the pumpkins afterward?
Add on removal at booking, or request it separately closer to the date. We'll clear the full display, sweep the area, and send everything to composting or a local farm for animal feed.

How far in advance should I book?
Most clients book 2–4 weeks ahead. Late September and early October fill fastest, especially for weekend installs. If you have a specific date in mind — an open house, a party, a photo shoot — book as early as you can to lock in your window.
Do I need to be home for delivery and installation?
No. As long as our crew can access your porch or entryway (an unlocked gate, a code, or simply a clear path), we can complete the install without you present. We'll send a photo when it's done.
What happens if a pumpkin gets damaged or deteriorates shortly after installation?
Every display is backed by our Seasonal Display Promise. We select quality pumpkins and gourds suited to the season and install them with longevity in mind. If an individual piece unexpectedly deteriorates shortly after installation under normal conditions, let us know and we'll make it right. For a larger touch‑up that brings the whole display back to photo‑ready condition, book our paid Mid‑Season Refresh.
Can I choose the colours or style myself?
Yes. During the design consult you can point us toward a palette, send a photo of your door, or simply tell us what to avoid. If you'd rather hand it entirely to us, that's the default — we design around your home's existing colours.
How long does installation take?
A Classic Display typically takes 20–30 minutes on site; a Signature Display 40–60 minutes; a Grand Entrance can run 75–90 minutes depending on complexity. Everything is pre‑sourced before we arrive, so there's no waiting around.
Do you install for businesses, not just homes?
