How it works
From booking to a finished porch, in four steps.
- Step 1
Book your install window
Pick a package and a preferred date range. We run installs across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley from mid‑September through early November, and windows fill up — earlier bookings get first pick of dates.
- Step 2
Quick design consult
We ask a few questions about your home's colours, your entryway layout, and any style you're drawn to (or send us a photo of your door and we'll take it from there).
- Step 3
Delivery & installation
On install day, our crew arrives with everything already sourced and arranges your display on site — typically 30–75 minutes depending on package size. You don't need to be home.
- Step 4
Enjoy it — then hand off the cleanup
Your display is guaranteed for the season. If a piece fails early, we'll refresh it. When you're ready to move on to winter, book optional removal and we'll clear it all away.

Good to know before you book
How far in advance should I book?
Most clients book 2–4 weeks ahead. Late September and early October fill fastest, especially for weekend installs. If you have a specific date in mind — an open house, a party, a photo shoot — book as early as you can to lock in your window.
Do I need to be home for delivery and installation?
No. As long as our crew can access your porch or entryway (an unlocked gate, a code, or simply a clear path), we can complete the install without you present. We'll send a photo when it's done.
What happens if a pumpkin rots or gets damaged before the season ends?
Every package includes a season‑long freshness guarantee. Let us know and we'll come replace the affected piece — no charge, no hassle. Our sourcing already favours firmer, later‑harvest varieties suited to coastal rain, so this is rare.
Can I choose the colours or style myself?
Yes. During the design consult you can point us toward a palette, send a photo of your door, or simply tell us what to avoid. If you'd rather hand it entirely to us, that's the default — we design around your home's existing colours.
How long does installation take?
A Classic Display typically takes 20–30 minutes on site; a Signature Display 40–60 minutes; a Grand Entrance can run 75–90 minutes depending on complexity. Everything is pre‑sourced before we arrive, so there's no waiting around.
Do you install for businesses, not just homes?
Regularly. Cafés, salons, boutiques, medical offices and realtors preparing for open houses all book with us — often with a colour palette matched to branding. See the Business colour matching add‑on, or mention it when you request a quote.
What about removal afterward?
Add on removal at booking, or request it separately closer to the date. We'll clear the full display, sweep the area, and send everything to composting or a local farm for animal feed.
Is a deposit required to book?
Yes, a deposit secures your install date, with the balance due on completion. You'll see exact terms when we confirm your quote.
